The project documentation highlights improved data migration and the ability to surface integrated reports as core capabilities. Operational scope targeted commercial functions common in distribution, including sales, marketing and finance, unifying ERP transaction data and CRM customer records for cross functional reporting in Austria. Integrations explicitly tied NAVAX Business Intelligence to Microsoft Business Central and Dynamics 365 as primary data sources, enabling a single analytics layer for consistent customer and financial views. Governance centered on consolidated reporting and standardized dashboards to operationalize 360° customer profiles across departments. NAVAX was commissioned at the end of Q1 2020 and delivered the ERP and CRM baseline with NAVAX Business Intelligence aligned to reporting needs, while the public case study emphasizes the ERP/CRM components and infers the analytics and reporting role of NAVAX Business Intelligence within the broader implementation.
