Deployment architecture centers on the composable IFS Cloud platform, leveraging Industrial AI capabilities for real time data and analytics to support scheduling, inventory and maintenance workflows. Operational coverage explicitly spans seven manufacturing sites and multiple distribution centers, with the platform intended to provide unified transactional and master data for supply chain, manufacturing and finance functions. The project will be delivered by Addovation in collaboration with IFS and Bjelin teams, aligning configuration workstreams and data harmonization activities across sites. Governance and rollout are positioned to centralize process ownership, enable scalable operations and increase process automation while preserving multi site planning flexibility. IFS Cloud EAM will be used to maintain critical assets at Bjelin manufacturing sites, and the broader IFS Cloud implementation is stated to improve visibility and efficiency and support Bjelin Group's long term growth strategy.
