The rollout covered BKL's bookkeeping teams and client-facing accountancy units, centralizing electronic submission and batch reconciliation workflows for statutory filings and client accounts. Governance and operational controls were implemented with role based access controls, segregation of duties rules for approvals, and centralized configuration governance to preserve consistency across client ledgers. Rollout was staged by practice group with targeted training for bookkeeping and engagement teams and documented process maps for compliance and submission tasks.
