Architecturally the program leveraged Oracle Platform as a Service to connect multiple cloud environments and key legacy applications, and centralized tendering and project lifecycle workflows on Oracle Fusion Primavera SaaS. The deployment emphasized a single cloud services backbone, standardizing tendering while supporting integrated procurement, cost management, scheduling, and workforce data flows. Governance and process transformation were driven by TCS and Black Cat leadership, who defined EPCI standard operating processes and co owned rollout of the configured modules across finance, procurement, project management, and HR. The combined Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and supporting Oracle cloud components facilitated a 360 degree transformation of Black Cat Engineering & Construction W.L.L business process landscape, a result echoed by CIO Roland Koury who commented on the partnership with TCS.
