Governance and operationalization were driven by the internal IT manager and senior programmer analyst role, which provided system security configuration, user security setup, message handling, documentation via Microsoft Word and Excel, and change control for programming and process updates. The rollout consolidated multiple manufacturing and finance workflows into Infor LX and required ongoing administration for data integrity, system backups, and interface maintenance.
