In 2005, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Connecticut implemented NASCO Processing System. The NASCO Processing System was deployed as a Core Admin Processing System to centralize contingent workforce provisioning, onboarding, engagement lifecycle administration, and related business operations management for the account. The implementation included functional modules for provisioning contingent workers, onboarding services, ongoing administration and off-boarding, contract development and contract management systems, and contract compliance audits. Configuration work encompassed security access management, budgeting and forecasting workflows, financial reconciliations and reporting, and decision support what if modeling tools, with the NASCO Processing System supporting these operational capabilities. NASCO developed and maintained decision support tools and financial reconciliation processes to support ongoing administration under the Core Admin Processing System, aligning business operations, HR related sourcing activities, and vendor governance for the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Connecticut account.
