Functional workflows implemented in SYSPRO Requirements Planning supported RFQ creation and management, supplier trials for new product development, non conformance handling with suppliers and daily, weekly and monthly reporting for the Group Head of Procurement.
Governance and process changes reinforced centralized purchasing oversight, with an approval hierarchy that placed the Senior Buyer as line manager to the purchasing administrator and established escalation paths for supply issues.
