In 2020, BlueShore Financial expanded its Temenos relationship and implemented Temenos Analytics embedded into Temenos Transact. The deployment positioned Temenos Analytics as the central Analytics and BI capability driving analytics-led personalization across BlueShore Financial's retail and wealth channels in Canada.
BlueShore developed proprietary 'bluegorithms' within Temenos Analytics to deliver engagement scoring, digital usage measurement and price sensitivity modeling. The implementation included real-time scoring and model orchestration tied to the analytics layer, and used AI-driven recommendation services to operationalize scores into client-facing recommendations.
Temenos Analytics was embedded into Temenos Transact so analytics outputs could be surfaced directly in the digital front office and client touchpoints. Operational coverage focused on retail banking and wealth management workflows, supporting personalization across online channels and advisor-assisted experiences.
Governance emphasized model lifecycle management and data lineage inside the Temenos environment, with phased rollout sequencing to bring engagement scoring into production for digital channels.
