| Temenos | Legacy | Temenos T24 | Core Banking | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2000 | 2002 |
In 2000, BlueShore Financial implemented Temenos T24 as its Core Banking application. The rollout included a multi-year banking system migration led by an internal data migration team, executing a two and a half year program to move account, transaction and customer records from Open Solutions into Temenos T24 while preserving analytic consistency across the enterprise.
The implementation encompassed an extensive Business Intelligence program that progressed from business analysis through logical and physical design, dimensional modeling, ETL development and OLAP cube and dashboard construction. BlueShore Financial built an Enterprise Data Warehouse in 2004 using Kimball dimensional modeling focused on customer, product, profitability and transactional data, and developed multiple data marts including a Financial Credit Risk and Credit Decision Data Mart, a Financial Advisor Scorecard Data Mart and a Financial System Data Mart sourced from Microsoft Dynamics.
Technical execution included designing ETL code and building more than 75 percent of migration ETL using Microsoft SSIS, TSQL, stored procedures, cursors, triggers and VB code, plus transforming the Temenos multivalue banking data into XML and then into a relational schema for the EDW. The implementation integrated Temenos T24 with the Temenos BI tool INSIGHT, incorporated external data sources into Temenos reporting, and produced a reverse data mapping from Temenos T24 back to the existing EDW to maintain reconciliation and lineage.
Operational governance covered SQL infrastructure administration and fault tolerance, creation of standards for SQL Server deployments, a formal Disaster Recovery plan and day to day DBA operations. Project governance included gathering and summarizing business requirements for the migration, creating and iterating data mapping and data models with business user feedback, coordinating and supervising on site consultants and colleagues, and coaching junior DBAs and developers to support ongoing Core Banking analytics and reporting.

In 2020, BlueShore Financial expanded its Temenos relationship and implemented Temenos Analytics embedded into Temenos Transact. The deployment positioned Temenos Analytics as the central Analytics and BI capability driving analytics-led personalization across BlueShore Financial's retail and wealth channels in Canada.
BlueShore developed proprietary 'bluegorithms' within Temenos Analytics to deliver engagement scoring, digital usage measurement and price sensitivity modeling. The implementation included real-time scoring and model orchestration tied to the analytics layer, and used AI-driven recommendation services to operationalize scores into client-facing recommendations.
Temenos Analytics was embedded into Temenos Transact so analytics outputs could be surfaced directly in the digital front office and client touchpoints. Operational coverage focused on retail banking and wealth management workflows, supporting personalization across online channels and advisor-assisted experiences.
Governance emphasized model lifecycle management and data lineage inside the Temenos environment, with phased rollout sequencing to bring engagement scoring into production for digital channels. The Temenos Analytics implementation improved client insights and enabled real-time, AI-driven recommendations to support hyper-personalized client experiences.

Cisco Webex Meetings is deployed on the company website to enable browser-based join flows and scheduled virtual meeting rooms, aligning with the Audio Video and Web Conferencing category. The implementation leverages Cisco Webex Meetings cloud conferencing architecture to deliver audio, HD video, screen sharing, meeting controls and recording without requiring universal desktop client installation.
