| PageUp | Legacy | PageUp ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, BMD Group implemented PageUp ATS as their Applicant Tracking System on their website. The rollout centralized web based job posting and application intake for the construction and real estate firm BMD Group, consolidating external candidate capture onto the corporate careers portal. The implementation scope covered recruitment activities across corporate and project hiring functions within the organization.
Configuration work emphasized core Applicant Tracking System capabilities, including job requisition templates, online application forms, candidate screening workflows, interview scheduling, and status tracking. PageUp ATS was configured to present live job listings through the BMD careers site and to manage the applicant lifecycle from submission to candidate selection. Standard requisition dashboards and reporting views were provisioned to support Talent Acquisition and hiring managers with visibility into open roles.
The PageUp ATS instance is embedded directly on BMD Group's careers page, handling external applicant traffic and centralizing application storage and candidate records. No other system integrations are specified in the source, therefore operational connectivity is documented as focused on the careers portal implementation. The deployment primarily impacted Talent Acquisition and HR business functions by centralizing recruiting touchpoints.
Governance centered on recruiter and hiring manager workflows with role based access controls, requisition approval chains, and configurable candidate stages to reflect structured construction project hiring rhythms. Process alignment and workflow configuration were implemented to standardize screening, interview coordination, and selection steps within the PageUp ATS environment.
