In 2020 Bobcat EMEA implemented Pulse Insights Platform as a Customer Experience solution on their public website. Deployment focused on the Pulse Insights Engage module embedded in page templates to capture in-session feedback and run contextual microsurveys across product and support pages. Configuration used Pulse Insights Engage to deliver targeted microsurveys, intercepts and satisfaction feedback flows, with sampling rules and audience targeting tuned to product information and dealer locator pages. The Pulse Insights Platform was used for survey authoring, cadence control and response segmentation to support ongoing question refinement. The technical footprint followed a tag based front end JavaScript deployment model that instruments key customer touch points and routes responses into the Pulse Insights Platform analytics interface for reporting and segmentation. Data capture was scoped to the Bobcat EMEA website and designed to surface qualitative and quantitative customer signals for marketing and product experience teams. Operational governance consolidated survey orchestration and content ownership with regional marketing and product managers, who controlled audience targeting, survey schedules and response routing within the Pulse Insights Platform. The implementation emphasized iterative question management and stakeholder distribution workflows to operationalize website feedback for customer experience decision making.
