Provisioning was conducted at the site level across the 11 locations with centralized administration for rollout sequencing and user provisioning, and operational processes were adjusted to align customer service and field communications on the new cloud UC platform. Bobcat GDN reported reduced downtime and increased responsiveness following the deployment.
