Netcash Payments was configured to handle automated recurring membership collections using debit orders and to process Pay Now one-off payments, aligning payment workflows with membership lifecycle events. Functional capabilities emphasized scheduled debit order processing, payment posting to CRM records, and reconciliation workflows to reduce manual intervention in monthly collections.
The deployment used the Octiv integration to connect studio billing workflows with Netcash Payments, enabling CRM and point-of-sale touchpoints to initiate and record payments.
