In 2017 Boellhoff Group implemented Rexx ATS from Rexx systems GmbH as an Applicant Tracking System to standardize recruiting across its Human Resources organization. The deployment targeted hiring workflows for a global manufacturing footprint that includes roughly 40 locations and 12 production facilities in 24 countries, supporting central HR and distributed specialist decision makers across sites.
Rexx ATS was provisioned as part of the rexx suite to automate core recruiting capabilities, including vacancy publishing, applicant tracking, structured applicant status tracking and the contact maintenance module. The implementation configured end to end applicant management workflows that cover stages from the application for a position through works council coordination to contract issuance or rejection, and it instrumented automatic reminders for outstanding feedback to hiring specialists.
Operational coverage centered on HR and hiring managers with explicit support for works council processes and applicant status transparency, improving candidate communication via the contact maintenance features. The Applicant Tracking System supported process orchestration for recruiting operations, aligning specialist decision makers and HR administrators on a single toolset across the group.
Governance focused on workflow driven recruiting and automated notification rules to enforce feedback loops and consistent handling of application decisions. The project outcome reported in vendor documentation emphasizes that recruiting processes became much more efficient and applicants benefited from up to date status maintenance and automated reminders to decision makers.
