The Applicant Tracking System supported process orchestration for recruiting operations, aligning specialist decision makers and HR administrators on a single toolset across the group.

Bpi BPM Insipre was integrated with associated capture and verification tools to eliminate paper routing and establish a centralized processing hub for Böllhoff's German accounts-payable function. Operational coverage focused on finance and accounts-payable teams in Germany, consolidating previously distributed invoice handling into a single electronic workflow environment.
Governance changes accompanied the rollout, instituting standardized electronic approval flows and verification controls and placing the system into steady use since spring 2014. The rollout achieved high automation rates of about 80 percent "dunkelbuchung", shortened invoice cycle times, increased transparency across workflows and reduced manual processing effort.
