Epicor Legacy Epicor PPM Project Portfolio Management PPM RheinBrücke IT Consulting 2019 2020
In 2019, Bond Interiors implemented Epicor PPM to centralize project-based fit-out operations across multiple sites. The Project Portfolio Management deployment was partner led by RheinBrücke IT Consulting and targeted improved inventory visibility and project costing for large fit-out contracts across the GCC region. Configuration of Epicor PPM emphasized project and contract management capabilities, cost control, and inventory modules consistent with a Project Portfolio Management implementation. Epicor PPM was configured to support project-centric workflows including project scheduling, budget control, and material allocation to site level. The rollout integrated Epicor PPM with inventory management flows and with procurement and finance touchpoints to surface near real time stock positions and cost postings across projects. Operational coverage included project operations, procurement, finance, and site teams across multiple GCC sites executing large fit-out contracts. The implementation and phased rollout were partner led by RheinBrücke IT Consulting, and the partner case study documents a migration to Epicor Cloud during the COVID period. Governance work established centralized project controls and standardized costing and inventory reconciliation workflows to support multi-site contract execution.
