| Tungsten Automation | Legacy | Kofax ReadSoft Online | AP Automation | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013 Bouygues implemented Kofax ReadSoft Online as an AP Automation solution to standardize invoice capture and processing within its Bouygues Construction EDIFICE program. The deployment used Tungsten Automation as the provider and was positioned to automate accounts payable workflows and digital invoice intake across the construction finance perimeter.
Kofax ReadSoft Online was configured to perform optical character recognition and structured data extraction, rule based validation of invoice fields, automated matching to purchase and service records, workflow routing for approvals, and exception handling for manual review. Configuration work emphasized mapping extracted invoice data to SAP financial posting structures and accounting dimensions used by Bouygues Finance.
The implementation integrated directly with SAP modules used in the EDIFICE scope, including SAP FI and CO for financial posting and controlling, and connectivity points into MM, PS and SD to support invoice matching and cost assignment. Integration patterns focused on exporting validated invoice payloads for automated posting into SAP financial ledgers and returning status and exception notes to the AP operating teams.
Operational governance was aligned with the Finance domain lead model, using AMOA MOE MCO oversight consistent with Bouygues project practices. The rollout and ongoing operations were managed as part of the EDIFICE MCO stream, embedding Kofax ReadSoft Online into accounts payable processes and SAP FI/CO support routines.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP SuccessFactors Compensation | Compensation Management | HCM | Deloitte France | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, Bouygues implemented SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. The deployment targeted Compensation Management for the Bouygues group, with an operational remit centered on HR, Compensation and HRIS functions and leadership sourced from Bouygues Construction teams worldwide.
The SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation configured core compensation management workflows typical of the category, including structured merit and bonus cycles, salary planning and allocation workflows, role based approval routing, budget controls and compensation data quality controls. Configuration emphasized formalization of compensation business rules and pay for performance logic, and the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation application was instrumented to support compensation planning, award allocations and reporting across global population segments.
Integrations and operational tooling explicitly tied into the program, including first level support responsibilities for SuccessFactors and PowerBl and an incident and release validation process managed through JIRA in partnership with internal IT teams. Deloitte France acted as the SI supporting the implementation and ongoing enhancements, with technical teams collaborating on developments and production release activities.
Governance was organized with a project owner model that collected and formalized user needs, executed testing phases and validated production releases, and provided ongoing first level support for compensation related incidents. Operational scope included coordination of vehicle and travel policy controls within compensation processes, cross functional governance between HR, Compensation and IT, and staged release validation cycles driven by the project owner and Deloitte France.

| Hexagon | Legacy | HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) | Enterprise Asset Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Bouygues implemented HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) as its Enterprise Asset Management platform to support Bouygues Construction Matériel plant and equipment operations, including tower crane and lifting equipment management for major projects such as Hinkley Point C. The deployment positioned HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) as the central system of record for asset data, maintenance plans, and work order execution within the plant department.
Configuration focused on core Enterprise Asset Management capabilities, including an asset register, preventive maintenance scheduling, work order management, spare parts and inventory controls, and formalized maintenance plans. The team deployed the application to administer maintenance workflows, create and update gammes de maintenance, and produce activity reporting and KPIs that operational teams use for day to day scheduling and performance monitoring.
Integrations and instrumentation included reporting feeds into Power BI for KPI dashboards, and experimental IoT and datalogger connectivity for condition monitoring and data capture as part of reliability activities. The EAM supported cross‑site coordination with Bouygues UK plant operations for BYCM equipment, supplier management and invoicing workflows tied to equipment sales and services on site, and it enabled root cause analysis using methods such as AMDEC, MBF and Pareto analysis.
Governance and process changes centered on centralizing maintenance scheduling with workshop managers, formalizing compliance checks for lifting equipment, administering the EAM as an operational support tool, and conducting technical supplier meetings to manage accessories and retrofit controls. Operational ownership remained with the plant and after sales teams, who used HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) to standardize work order execution, maintenance reporting and reliability improvement programs.
