Integrations were implemented at the chain level, connecting FlexyPOS and supporting modules to more than ten external systems, explicitly including payments, payroll and accounting interfaces to enable financial posting and payroll data flows from venue transactions to back office systems. The architecture centralized transaction and master data to a single back office instance to synchronize menus, loyalty profiles and reporting across all 16 sites. Operational governance centralized pricing, promotions and reporting processes, shifting administrative responsibility from individual centres to a chain operations team and standardizing transaction, inventory replenishment and financial reconciliation workflows.
