Kerridge OneOffice was configured to support sales order processing, stock management and financial accounting functions, with inferred use of core financial and accounting modules to reconcile web orders with back office ledgers. The implementation centered on integrating Web Builder storefront interactions with Kerridge OneOffice sales order processing workflows, ensuring catalogue availability drove inventory reservation and accounting posting. Operational coverage focused on e commerce sales, order fulfilment and finance teams, with the solution orchestrating order entry, stock allocation and accounting entries from the web channel into the ERP Financial system. The architecture emphasized a direct integration between the web storefront and Kerridge OneOffice to shorten order to fulfilment handoffs and enable later online order cut offs for same day delivery. Governance included configuring SOP workflows and financial mapping inside Kerridge OneOffice to align online order processes with accounting and stock valuation practices, and establishing operational policies for order cut offs to support same day delivery commitments. The implementation delivered an integrated commerce to back office path, enabling continuous online trading while aligning sales, inventory and accounting in the ERP Financial system.
