In 2005, Brandstätter Group constructed the blueprint and rollout strategy with the group for the implementation of SAP ERP ECC 6.0. The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 implementation targeted ERP Financial capabilities and centralized modules FI, CO, MM, SD and CRM to standardize finance, controlling, procurement, order-to-cash and customer management workflows. Planning emphasized blueprinting workshops and a group-level rollout strategy to align master data and chart of accounts and to harmonize transactional processes across business units. Configuration work concentrated on core financial posting and controlling structures, material master and purchasing configuration, sales order configuration and CRM customer master stabilization.
Architecturally the implementation centered on a centralized SAP ERP instance to orchestrate integrated transactional flows between FI/CO and MM for procure-to-pay, and between SD and FI for order-to-cash, with CRM supporting customer master and service workflows. Operational scope covered finance, controlling, procurement, sales and customer service functions across the Brandstätter Group, delivered through phased rollout governance that included blueprint sign-off, configuration change control and training cadence. The program established process redesign and governance artifacts to manage configuration baselines, functional handover into operations and ongoing control of ERP Financial processes.

| In-House Applications | Legacy | In-House ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, Brandstätter Group implemented the In-House ATS as their Applicant Tracking System. The In-House ATS was provisioned as the primary recruitment engine on the company careers site at playmobil.de, embedding public job listings, online application submission, and candidate intake workflows directly into the website. Deployment was internally operated, with the In-House ATS running as an in-house application and interfacing with the corporate careers front end.
The implementation focused on core ATS capabilities including job requisition publishing, candidate tracking through defined hiring stages, and configurable screening workflows, aligning recruiting operations under HR talent acquisition. Integrations were limited to the public website career portal, where the In-House ATS handled form capture and application routing, and operational ownership remained with central HR for governance and workflow configuration. The rollout centered on operationalizing recruiting and application processing within Brandstätter Group, using the In-House ATS to standardize candidate intake and hiring workflows across recruiting teams.
