The Sterling Background Check implementation was integrated with the company ATS and Workday for HRIS reporting and onboarding status tracking, ensuring screening results flowed into HR workflows and compliance reports. Data synchronization between Sterling Background Check, the ATS database, and Workday was used to preserve record integrity and to support operational reporting across recruiting and HR teams.
Governance included standardized screening workflows, OFCCP related training, and HRIS and ATS training and mentoring for recruiting staff and hiring managers. Operational responsibilities spanned recruiting, HR business partners, and hiring managers on the East Coast, and the program was supported by large scale sourcing and event activity that increased applicant flow by 60 to 70 percent according to internal sourcing records.
