In 2019, Bright Industries implemented Oracle Cloud ERP, replacing Intuit QuickBooks Online as the company scaled beyond the capabilities of small business accounting tools. The engagement targeted Oracle Cloud ERP as an ERP Financial solution to consolidate multiple business units onto a single global platform, addressing growing transaction complexity and intercompany activity.
Infovity served as the systems integrator during the rollout, consolidating data and configuration across business units. The implementation centralized core financial modules typical of ERP Financial deployments, including general ledger configuration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, fixed asset accounting, and intercompany accounting and settlement capabilities.
Architecturally the deployment established a single cloud tenancy to unify ledgers and enable common master data, while supporting separate legal entity structures for intercompany processing and statutory reporting. The program removed a mix of QuickBooks instances and disparate third party point solutions by shifting transactional finance and close workflows into Oracle Cloud ERP, with integrations and data migration executed as part of the consolidation.
Governance changes included a centralized chart of accounts, standardized period close and intercompany reconciliation procedures, and consolidated financial control points to reduce process variance. Reported outcomes from the CFO cited simplified processes, improved ability to manage intercompany transactions, and maximized efficiencies as direct benefits of the Oracle Cloud ERP implementation.

In 2018, Bright Industries deployed Microsoft 365 to establish a Collaboration platform across its United States professional services firm supporting approximately 200 employees. Microsoft 365 is used on their website and was provisioned as a tenant-based cloud suite to centralize email, document collaboration, and team communication for client delivery and internal operations.
The implementation centers on core Microsoft 365 capabilities including Exchange Online for corporate email, SharePoint Online for document libraries and intranet content, Microsoft Teams for synchronous collaboration, and OneDrive for Business for individual file management. Configuration included tenant setup, license assignment by role, site collection and team template standardization, and policy configuration to enforce consistent collaboration workflows common to professional services firms.
Operational coverage spans delivery, account management, sales, finance, and marketing, with administration consolidated under a central tenant administration model and delegated site owners for team level governance. Governance and process controls were framed around information classification, retention settings, and Microsoft identity driven access controls, while the visible use of Microsoft 365 on their website indicates public facing content and links are surfaced directly from the tenant and integrated into external contact or documentation workflows.
