In 2016 Bright.md implemented INFUSEmedia ABM to establish an Account Based Marketing capability focused on precision targeting within healthcare. INFUSEmedia ABM was configured to reach management, executive, and leadership decision makers across Bright.md’s specified healthcare verticals and revenue segments, aligning the application to the company’s demand generation objectives.
The deployment emphasized a Two Touch leads process and content syndication as core functional capabilities. INFUSEmedia ABM delivered personalized creative materials and copy, including ads and banners, and provided an advanced content marketing engine and data driven demand tactics to orchestrate campaigns, supporting intent driven marketing and campaign organization workflows.
Operational coverage centered on Bright.md’s marketing and demand generation function, with explicit targeting of top level management positions and vertical specific revenue criteria. A 2019 pilot delivered 100 verified leads as proof of concept, which led Bright.md to sign a year long contract; thereafter INFUSEmedia supplied a steady monthly flow of validated leads across the company’s healthcare segments.
Governance and process changes included incorporation of client and suppression list uploads into campaign filtering, two touch lead verification for qualification, and collaborative creative approval between Bright.md and INFUSEmedia. Outcomes reported by Bright.md include INFUSEmedia becoming the company’s number one channel for lead generation, generation of thousands of validated leads through content syndication, more than five times the number of MQLs compared with competitors, and higher quality leads at lower cost according to the customer.
