In 2022, 360Q implemented Microkeeper Rostering as a cloud Workforce Scheduling solution to manage rostering, timesheets and payroll for its hospitality venue on the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria, Australia. The deployment used cloud rostering and clock-on features to produce real-time costed rosters, simplify staff communication and provide seamless payroll export to Xero, supporting HR and payroll operations at the venue.
Functional modules implemented included roster building, clock-on and timesheet capture, costed roster calculations and payroll export, with Microkeeper Rostering integrating directly to Xero for payroll handoff. Operational coverage focused on venue-level scheduling and payroll for on-site staff, and governance centered on centralizing scheduling and payroll export workflows to streamline HR and payroll processes, improving HR and payroll operations in Victoria as described in the case study.
