RingCentral Office and RingCentral Contact Center are documented in the vendor press release, and third party summaries indicate that RingCentral Glip team messaging was included as part of the overall solution. Functionally the implementation combined cloud telephony, contact center queuing and team messaging capabilities to enable inbound omnichannel routing, agent collaboration and coordinated customer service workflows.
