Operational coverage encompassed BRIX Holdings corporate finance and brand controllers, enabling invoicing to be issued directly from Sage Intacct across each brand and automating bank reconciliations to reduce manual reconciliation effort. The implementation proceeded amid internal turnover of the project lead, with Tablespoon providing iterative support, repeated configuration cycles, and knowledge transfer to stabilize the program.
Governance changes included standardized close procedures, board-ready custom reports, and a shift from multiple reconciliation processes to a unified workflow inside Sage Intacct.
