The implementation covers standard absence case management and leave tracking capabilities, including FMLA monitoring, Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability claim coordination, COBRA administration, evidence of insurability intake and approval, and recurring absence reporting. ADP Total Absence Management is used in enrollment testing and configuration cycles each benefits year to validate eligibility and election data, and to produce monthly premium and carrier reports used for chargebacks and billing reconciliation.
