Ramp Legacy Ramp AP AP Automation ERP n/a 2024 2024
In 2024, Bubble Group implemented Ramp AP (Bill Pay) to centralize spend management and automate accounts payable processes. The deployment was positioned as an AP Automation initiative led by finance and accounts payable teams across North America, with an explicit alignment to the company QuickBooks accounting environment. Ramp AP was configured to handle bill pay workflows and vendor payments while maintaining a continuous QuickBooks sync for ledger consistency. Functional capabilities implemented included automated payment execution, centralized approval routing, and reconciliation support to reduce manual posting and streamline invoice to payment lifecycles. Ramp AP was also used to capture cashback on vendor payments as part of the payment flow. The integration work established a direct QuickBooks connection to synchronize vendor invoices, payments, and GL coding between Ramp AP and QuickBooks, enabling near real time accounting alignment. Operational coverage focused on finance and AP teams, centralizing vendor onboarding, payment scheduling, and exception handling under the AP Automation process. The integration and process changes freed approximately 30 hours per month, realized over $30,000 in vendor savings, and generated substantial cashback on vendor payments as reported in the Ramp QuickBooks case study. Governance and process restructuring emphasized centralized payment workflows, enhanced payment controls, and an audit trail tied to the QuickBooks sync to support month end reconciliation. Rollout was executed as a finance led AP Automation program with configuration and controls designed to scale payment orchestration and accounting reconciliation across North American operations.

Front Legacy FrontApp Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Bubble Group deployed FrontApp to centralize customer communication and collaboration for its customer success function. The FrontApp deployment consolidated inbound messages from email, Twitter, Facebook, and a customer bug report form into a single Collaboration workspace, handling roughly 5,000 messages per month and providing threaded discussions alongside each customer conversation to prevent information loss between channels. FrontApp was configured with both personal inboxes and a shared success inbox, alongside operational features such as auto-applied tagging based on message origin, auto-assignment to the appropriate inbox, and reusable message templates. These functional modules enabled structured triage and faster compose workflows, and discussions attached to conversations supported cross-team collaboration without moving context into separate tools. Bubble built a custom CRM plugin on its own no-code platform and integrated that application with FrontApp using FrontApp's API, surfacing customer communication and related context in one unified view. That integration was built by a non-technical customer success team member using Bubble, enabling closer account management and giving engineering and success teams direct visibility into ticket status and conversation history. Process and governance shifted to support direct engineer to customer interaction inside FrontApp, with engineers notifying customers through the same Collaboration interface once fixes were applied and customer success monitoring resolution status at a glance. Explicit outcomes reported by Bubble include reduced response times to 15 minutes for priority issues and two hours for general guidance, along with higher NPS and customer happiness scores driven by the combined FrontApp and custom CRM workflow.

Bubble Group implemented Algolia Search, Application, Web and Enterprise Search to provide site-level search and developer-facing content discovery across product pages and documentation. The implementation uses Algolia Search as a search-as-a-service layer, integrating client-side JavaScript search widgets with Algolia indexing and relevance APIs.
