Operational rollout and support leveraged a mix of synchronous and asynchronous tools for learner enablement and help desk coordination, including Captivate, PowerPoint, Skype for Business, Zoom, MS Teams, GOTO Meetings and webinars, NetDocuments for content, and Footprints ticketing for Tier 2 support processes. Training and support activities included on site coaching to roughly 15 remote offices with a recurring travel cadence to establish local super users and institutionalize workflows. Governance for Epicor HCM implementation focused on needs analysis, KPI review and coordination with section stakeholders to adjust training and evaluation tracks. Documentation included user manuals, training outlines, and on demand coaching, creating sustained operational practices for HR, IT and help desk functions tied to the Epicor HCM Core HR deployment.
