An onshore technical lead guided the Fusion implementation and owned end to end activities from requirement gathering through design, development and testing. Implementation governance included coordination between the client, onsite functional teams and offshore development teams, guiding offshore developers and reviewing and testing deliverables to ensure quality. The functional footprint affected finance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, procurement and HR processes.
Architecture and integration work focused on data conversion pipelines, interfaces to banking systems and configuration of Oracle Cloud Financials and Core HCM to align master data and transactional flows.
