| edays Absence Management | Legacy | edays Absence Management | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2020 | In 2019, Bugaboo International implemented edays Absence Management within its global HR technology footprint as a targeted Absence and Leave Management solution. The edays Absence Management deployment was executed under the Global HR Operations remit and formed part of a coordinated HR systems configuration alongside Cornerstone, aimed at standardizing HR process execution across the organization. Configuration work centered on core absence and leave workflows, including global absence policy configuration, leave booking and approval workflows, absence recording and audit trails, and the build out of HR dashboards and reporting capabilities inside edays Absence Management. The implementation emphasized consistent policy enforcement and operational visibility for HR analytics, aligning absence workflows with existing people review and salary review processes. Integrations explicitly included Cornerstone for HR data synchronization and consolidated reporting, supporting operational coverage for HR Services, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, HR Analytics and Facilities teams. The system was positioned to support centralized crisis coordination and absence tracking needs that were managed at the global HR Operations level. Governance and rollout were driven by the Global HR Operations Director, and included configuration standards, global process documentation, and the embedding of absence policy controls into broader HR governance such as performance management and employee handbook updates. The program was executed as part of a wider effort to deliver uniform global HR processes and standardized HR dashboards and reporting through edays Absence Management. | |

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle NetSuite SuiteAnalytics | Analytics and BI | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2020 | 2020 | In 2020, Bugaboo International deployed Oracle NetSuite SuiteAnalytics as part of a program to standardize operations and harmonize data across eight ERP instances. The implementation included NetSuite OneWorld, NetSuite Planning and Budgeting, NetSuite SuiteAnalytics, and NetSuite Project Management, and focused on Analytics and BI to support finance, order management, inventory planning, and cross-channel commerce workflows. The technical approach centralized transactional and master data into a single NetSuite database, enabling a virtual inventory model that funnels stock to B2B commerce, B2C commerce, e-tail partners, and brand stores when orders are received. Configuration work standardized order processing, transactions, and fulfillment workflows, and enabled end to end order to cash visibility through NetSuite SuiteAnalytics reporting and embedded financial planning capabilities. Inventory planning and budgeting were managed through NetSuite Planning and Budgeting integrated with OneWorld ledgers for consolidated financial control. Integrations included connecting a separate ERP instance that manages manufacturing at Bugaboo’s factory in China to the consolidated NetSuite environment, allowing manufacturing and supply signals to be incorporated into inventory planning. The rollout covered finance, order management, inventory, and commerce channels across Bugaboo’s multinational footprint, and used SuiteAnalytics to surface operational metrics and status for orders and shipments. Customer information and order status were shared across channels and departments to support guided fulfillment and customer communication. Governance and process transformation emphasized standardized processes across finance and order and inventory management, enabling teams to work from a single source of truth. The program was positioned to make Bugaboo more data driven and to mature omnichannel capabilities as the company scales revenue, with SuiteAnalytics providing the Analytics and BI foundation for reporting, planning, and cross functional decision making. |
