Skedulo Deskless Productivity Cloud was used alongside Service Cloud and other tools in a ten component tech stack, and the Salesforce configuration leveraged Process Builder, Workflow Builder, and Visual Flow quick actions to streamline manual handoffs and automate schedule driven tasks. Integration work was executed with engineering and product teams to connect Skedulo scheduling data to Salesforce and the companys internal database, creating a consolidated customer record for scheduling and support contexts. Operational governance assigned ownership to the senior Salesforce administration function, which managed a small admin team, Jira ticketing for requests, and coordinated configuration changes across Sales, Leasing, and Support functions.
