Implementation activity included configuration of loans management workflows, prioritisation and remediation of a backlog of enhancements dating from 2020 and 2021, and automation of service support processes to improve throughput of optimisations. Bancon’s engagement began with a comprehensive analysis of the existing SAP landscape and day to day operational processes, which informed a prioritized roadmap of fixes and enhancements. The project explicitly explored integration and architectural evolution with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Process Orchestration, and evaluated SAP Fioneer Complex Loans functionality to support syndicated and hierarchical structured lending, preserving interoperability with the organisation’s existing SAP Loans Management footprint. Governance and delivery were structured around managed services intake, triage of service support requests, and close collaboration between IT and business teams to introduce optimisations.
