| JobandTalent | Legacy | JobandTalent Business | Workforce Management | HCM | n/a | 2010 | 2010 |
In 2010, BUT implemented JobandTalent Business, deploying Workforce Management capabilities to support retail logistics and store operations across France. The deployment targeted scheduling and temporary staffing flows for a retailer operating more than 350 stores and two expansive warehouses in the Lyon region covering 100,000 square meters.
JobandTalent Business was adopted to centralize candidate matching, temporary to permanent conversion tracking, contract administration, and shift scheduling, reflecting common Workforce Management functional modules. The implementation combined digital workflows with onsite account management, enabling account managers to coordinate contract signings, payments, and distribution of safety equipment while preserving human relationship management between the agency, the workers, and BUT.
Operational scope focused on logistics and warehouse labor at the Lyon sites and adjacent HR functions, with explicit measures for physically demanding roles such as bonuses for heavy lifting and operational controls to support safety, including automated conveyors, exoskeletons, and onboard equipment cameras described by site leadership. The deployment supported a steady pool of approximately twenty temporary workers supplied through JobandTalent and institutionalized processes that have led to around ten temporary workers being offered long term contracts.
Governance centered on local account managers who maintain site presence, quality of matching, and consistent rules for fairness and equal treatment of temporary and permanent staff, as emphasized by the Director of Logistics Sites. The account manager led model and JobandTalent Business together underpin a near 15 year operational partnership that orchestrates workforce supply, onsite services, and HR adjacency for BUT.

The Openbravo architecture underpinning Orisha Openbravo POS centralized application services and eliminated the need for local servers on the store front, simplifying IT infrastructure and improving operational agility. Functional capabilities implemented include point of sale transaction processing, centralized configuration for pricing and inventory control, and streamlined service deployment and maintenance workflows that reduce on site technical complexity.
Operational coverage focuses on store operations and the IT organization, with deployment designed to reduce store level infrastructure and enable centralized software provisioning. Governance moved toward centralized provisioning and maintenance processes to accelerate service deployment and reduce local technical overhead, supporting efforts to optimize the shopping experience as described by the IT director.
