Zellis Legacy Zellis ResourceLink HR Core HR HCM n/a 2021 2021
Alpine F1 Team implemented Zellis ResourceLink HR in 2021. Zellis ResourceLink HR is a Core HR application used to centralize employee master records and standardize core HR workflows across Alpine F1 Team’s HR and Payroll function, with deployment activity coordinated from the Enstone site. The 2021 implementation was positioned within a broader HR systems programme to consolidate HR operations and support integrated HR and payroll processing. Configuration work on Zellis ResourceLink HR focused on employee data models, position and role controls, absence and leave management, onboarding workflows and HR process automation, and included role based security and reporting configuration. Zellis ResourceLink HR was configured alongside Zellis Onboarding components to provide end to end employee lifecycle coverage, and technical documentation for configuration and APIs was produced in Confluence for handover to developers and functional consultants. The narrative emphasizes the application as the authoritative Core HR system managing HR records and workflow orchestration. Operational integration and coordination were executed across HR, Payroll and ERP domains, with the HR deployment aligned to parallel workstreams for Dynamics F&O migration and to deployments of Benefex Employee Benefit System and Benefex Reward and Recognition. Payroll and finance handoffs were coordinated to align data feeds between Zellis ResourceLink HR and the D365F&O ERP programme, and onboarding data flows were aligned to Benefex and Zellis Onboarding where appropriate. API documentation and system configuration materials supported these touchpoints and ongoing operational interoperability. Project governance used Alpine F1 Team’s AGILE based delivery methodology, with documented process maps, sprint planning, daily stand ups, UAT test plans and regular steering committee updates. The delivery team created stakeholder communications, user guides and FAQs to support adoption, ran user acceptance testing cycles and maintained release notes and system configuration documentation in Confluence. The IT HR Business Systems and Process Analyst role led requirements capture, technical and functional specification development and acted as first point of contact for stakeholders and vendors during the deployment. Deliverables across the programme included successful deployments of Zellis HR and Payroll and Zellis Onboarding, the migration to D365F&O, and Benefex Employee Benefit System and Benefex Reward and Recognition, demonstrating a coordinated HR, payroll and benefits systems portfolio rollout at Alpine F1 Team.
