In 2018, Bynder B.V implemented the BetterUp Impraise People Enablement Platform to support Onboarding across its organization. The decision followed evaluation of several feedback platforms and prioritized the platform's flexibility, ease of use, and intuitive interface.
The BetterUp Impraise People Enablement Platform was configured to enable continuous feedback exchanges, configurable question templates, defined feedback frequency settings, and role based feedback recipients. Bynder worked with its people to define how much feedback to receive, the kinds of questions that would be beneficial, who should provide feedback, and how often, aligning application configuration with people enablement and onboarding workflows.
Implementation included close collaboration with the Impraise Customer Success Team to define strategy and goals, prepare the environment, and develop a communications and training plan. Operational coverage targeted HR and people enablement functions, with managers and employees involved from the outset to ensure regular, high quality feedback and adoption.
Governance and rollout were structured around training internal Impraise Ambassadors, who were instructed not only in platform use but in how to give and receive meaningful, actionable feedback. Bynder used this ambassador model to scale a global rollout and to tune the BetterUp Impraise People Enablement Platform to meet the needs of its people.
