In 2016, CACI International implemented Ivalua Invoice Processing Automation. Functional capabilities included supplier onboarding, electronic invoice capture and matching, PO centric invoicing workflows, electronic retention of required documents, and sourcing analytics for category and contract compliance. The platform provided AP Automation capabilities to centralize invoice processing and enable procurement analytics and spend transparency.
The program consolidated separate systems for PR, PO, invoicing and payment onto a single platform to eliminate multiple logins and manual re entry across systems. Operational rollout covered Procurement and Accounts Payable teams with more than 2,000 employee users at go live and supplier outreach that onboarded over 99% of approximately 40,000 suppliers. The centralized environment supported buyer supplier collaboration and delivered supplier visibility into order and payment status.
Governance and process restructuring enforced sourcing and contract compliance, resulting in virtually 95% of spend being addressed through sourcing processes and formal agreements. Document retention and workflow audit trails were instituted to simplify audit response and artifact retrieval. User adoption reached 100% through rollout practices that aligned operational processes to the Ivalua platform.
Explicit outcomes cited by CACI included 100% paperless AP and Procurement, a 30% reduction in operating costs, and the ability to manage acquisitions and growth without additional headcount. CACI reported improved buyer supplier collaboration and transparent visibility into spend and payment status as core results of the Ivalua Invoice Processing Automation deployment.
