White Cup Legacy White Cup BI Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, Calderon Textiles implemented White Cup BI to centralize reporting and analytics across its distribution operations. White Cup BI, classified as Analytics and BI, was provisioned to consolidate transactional and operational data for a 140-employee distributor managing a $20M inventory pipeline that ships from multiple shipping points. The deployment focused on analytics and operational reporting capabilities, consuming datasets for inventory, sales, pricing and financial budgeting. Report development and delivery were executed using tools and scripts already in use at the company, including Crystal Reports, RePORTAL, WebQuery and TSQL against Microsoft SQL Server, with White Cup BI serving as the visualization and analytics layer. Integrations were implemented with Epicor Prophet 21 ERP to pull order, inventory and pricing data, and with White Cup CRM components to align customer and sales analytics. The implementation operated alongside the companys Microsoft infrastructure, including Windows Server and SQL Server, and supported testing of EDI interfaces prior to production onboarding. Operational governance centered on the internal ERP System Administrator who managed roles and permissions inside Prophet 21, used DynaChange for application changes, and owned support desk workflows for report requests and issue resolution. Processes included testing and deployment of system upgrades, documented configuration and change records, and day to day support of pricing updates, budget imports and EDI testing tied to finance, supply chain and customer service functions.
