Governance and rollout included coordinated unit testing, integration testing and UAT of supervisory organizations, matrix organizations, cost centers and location hierarchies, with structured validation and data load processes for each tenant. Operational support emphasized integration maintenance, custom report upkeep and ongoing configuration changes to align finance, payroll and procurement workflows under the ERP Financial application.

NFE proved to be of major business importance in addressing requirements not encompassed by the core Facets system, and compliance planning and test scenarios were produced to align Cognizant TriZetto Facets with CMS and HIPAA regulations.
