TruBridge Legacy Trubridge EHR (formerly Evident CPSI EHR) Electronic Health Record ERP Services and Operations n/a 2024 2024
In 2024, Cameron Regional Medical Center implemented TruBridge EHR (formerly Evident CPSI EHR) as its Electronic Health Record. The deployment concentrated on centralizing clinical documentation and order management across the hospital and a network of 17 outpatient clinics, establishing a single EHR instance to support clinic operations and clinical workflows. Configuration and functional work for TruBridge EHR included standardizing clinical templates and embedding documentation tooling, enabling electronic prescribing of controlled substances through EPCS, and integrating Dragon dictation for clinician documentation. The implementation also configured reporting and data extraction workflows to support MIPS, Meaningful Use, and AUR compliance requirements, aligning templates and quality measure capture with those programs. Operational coverage is led by a Clinical Informatics Technologist who serves as the primary IT and informatics resource for the 17 outpatient clinics, bridging infrastructure management with healthcare informatics. Day to day technical responsibilities documented include workstation imaging, patching, upgrades and replacements, endpoint lifecycle management, and delivery of EHR and IT training for clinicians and staff to maintain standardized documentation within TruBridge EHR. Governance and security controls implemented alongside the Electronic Health Record include multi factor authentication, role based access controls, risk analysis, disaster recovery planning, and updated IT and security policies. These governance controls are integrated with clinical quality reporting and special projects, supporting ongoing compliance activities and maintaining standardized documentation and access workflows across the outpatient network.
