In 2017, Canada Post implemented SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing as its Candidate Relationship Management solution. The deployment launched SuccessFactors modules for Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing and Onboarding to centralize applicant tracking and candidate engagement for corporate hiring activities.
A senior system administrator led configuration and operational support for the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing implementation, ensuring the applicant tracking system remained operational and addressing escalated technical and non-technical issues. Configuration work included module setup for requisition workflows, candidate attraction and onboarding orchestration, plus dashboard and report development to surface hiring activity.
Operational coverage extended to Corporate Talent Acquisition and over 100 recruiters and analysts across Canada, providing technical support to both internal and external candidates. The rollout included development of training documentation and live webinar sessions to train recruiters on new workflows and system features.
Governance included quarterly system upgrades with coordinated stakeholder communications and a cadence of recurring reports delivered weekly, monthly and quarterly. Those dashboard reports gave senior executives visibility into all hiring activities, outlining key findings and providing insight and recommendations derived from the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing data.

In 2013 Canada Post implemented IBM Maximo as its Enterprise Asset Management solution. The deployment was led by the Mail Processing Engineering Team and focused on asset and material management across mail processing depots and retail outlets in Eastern Ontario.
IBM Maximo was configured to support core asset management workflows, automation of service request handling, incident management and change management processes as documented by project requirements. Implementation activities included defining business and functional requirements, collaborating on application design, user software testing and creation of test scripts.
Operational rollout encompassed hardware and device deployment, including installation and troubleshooting of network hardware, access points, PCs and PDT devices, and a regional rollout of DIA PDT scanners for depots and retail outlets. Support coverage extended to depot technical infrastructure, cabling and system activities, and coordination with depot managers, superintendents and supervisors to handle incidents involving depot applications AIM, DIA and SCALA.
Governance was formalized through creation and management of change management processes for technical changes within depots, project planning and a project lead accountable for system change control and deployment orchestration. The program required operational coordination with Innovapost, Bell and Telus on depot related incidents and outages, and structured handoffs to support teams for ongoing incident resolution.
