Support coverage extended to depot technical infrastructure, cabling and system activities, and coordination with depot managers, superintendents and supervisors to handle incidents involving depot applications AIM, DIA and SCALA. Governance was formalized through creation and management of change management processes for technical changes within depots, project planning and a project lead accountable for system change control and deployment orchestration. The program required operational coordination with Innovapost, Bell and Telus on depot related incidents and outages, and structured handoffs to support teams for ongoing incident resolution.
