Configuration work focused on standard Clinical Case Management capabilities, including client intake and registration, care planning, progress notes, risk assessment documentation, appointment scheduling, and operational reporting. The ANZER Clinical Case Management System was configured with role based access controls and audit logging consistent with healthcare privacy requirements, and workflows were tailored for referral intake, care team assignment, and multi discipline documentation. System configuration emphasized secure clinical documentation and traceability to support clinical governance. Operationally the ANZER Clinical Case Management System served clinical staff, case managers, intake teams, and administrative users across CMHA sites in Canada, with deployment profiles adjusted for program type and user role. The implementation was executed as a parallel run to existing systems, requiring operational alignment across case intake, scheduling, and documentation processes rather than a single cutover approach. Integrations were managed through operational handoffs and coexistence strategies while CMHA continued to operate Roxy Pirouette and Anzer IT healthcare system components. Governance of the program was anchored in internal clinical governance and IT operations, with phased rollouts and targeted user training to embed the ANZER Clinical Case Management System into frontline workflows. Change control and data governance processes were used to define documentation standards and access permissions, enabling consistent case management practices across CMHA programs. Ongoing maintenance preserved the existing Roxy Pirouette and Anzer IT healthcare system instances while broadening the organizationwide use of ANZER Clinical Case Management System. |
