In 2023 the Canadian Mental Health Association implemented Plooto for AP Automation,AR Automation to centralize accounts payable and accounts receivable processing within its national finance function. The deployment emphasized automated EFT processing, vendor payment workflows, and reconciliation touchpoints to support corporate financial reporting and funder deliverables.
Configuration work included mapping Plooto transaction postings to newly created GL accounts, Classes, and revised account descriptions in QuickBooks, and training the Accounts Payable coordinator on day to day use of Plooto. The implementation resolved an outstanding issue preventing EFT payments to US vendors, and workflows were adjusted to publish monthly financials to program directors through organized program folders.
Operational integration was conducted alongside QuickBooks for general ledger posting, ProcureDesk for director and corporate credit card expense submission workflows, and Stripe for revenue and commission reconciliation. The scope of operational coverage included the national finance team, directors across programs, the HR manager for payroll related computations, and AP staff responsible for vendor execution.
Governance and rollout focused on user training, procedural documentation, and ongoing support from the national finance analyst role, including preparation of Finance Audit Committee meeting minutes and hands on assistance to directors and managers. Explicit outcomes recorded during the engagement included the successful resolution of cross border EFT processing, reconciliation and resolution of long outstanding Stripe commission issues, and the delivery of targeted Plooto and ProcureDesk training to internal stakeholders.

| ANZER IT | Legacy | ANZER Clinical Case Management System | Clinical Trial Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016 Canadian Mental Health Association implemented ANZER Clinical Case Management System in the Clinical Case Management category. The deployment targeted CMHA operations across Canada and aimed to centralize client case records, care coordination, and program workflows for clinical and community mental health teams. CMHA maintained the Roxy Pirouette system and the Anzer IT healthcare system during the implementation period, operating the ANZER Clinical Case Management System alongside existing operational platforms. This coexisting approach preserved continuity of service while enabling phased adoption of the new case management capabilities.
Configuration work focused on standard Clinical Case Management capabilities, including client intake and registration, care planning, progress notes, risk assessment documentation, appointment scheduling, and operational reporting. The ANZER Clinical Case Management System was configured with role based access controls and audit logging consistent with healthcare privacy requirements, and workflows were tailored for referral intake, care team assignment, and multi discipline documentation. System configuration emphasized secure clinical documentation and traceability to support clinical governance.
Operationally the ANZER Clinical Case Management System served clinical staff, case managers, intake teams, and administrative users across CMHA sites in Canada, with deployment profiles adjusted for program type and user role. The implementation was executed as a parallel run to existing systems, requiring operational alignment across case intake, scheduling, and documentation processes rather than a single cutover approach. Integrations were managed through operational handoffs and coexistence strategies while CMHA continued to operate Roxy Pirouette and Anzer IT healthcare system components.
Governance of the program was anchored in internal clinical governance and IT operations, with phased rollouts and targeted user training to embed the ANZER Clinical Case Management System into frontline workflows. Change control and data governance processes were used to define documentation standards and access permissions, enabling consistent case management practices across CMHA programs. Ongoing maintenance preserved the existing Roxy Pirouette and Anzer IT healthcare system instances while broadening the organizationwide use of ANZER Clinical Case Management System.
