The initiative focused on enterprise-wide transaction based monitoring of merchant transactions acquired from fintech partners and a concurrent FRM application and infrastructure upgrade targeting risk, fraud, operations, and compliance functions. The Clari5 Platform implementation configured core modules for transaction monitoring, scenario management, enterprise fraud management EFM, and risk based transaction monitoring, with authoring of Clari5 scenarios and ML modeling for anomaly detection. Implementation work included development and formalization of documentation artifacts such as API specifications, BRD, SRS, FRS, SOP, policy, BCP, and ML modeling artifacts to support production governance and model lifecycle management. Integrations were explicit and operational, the deployment integrated CBDC feeds and API Banking for risk based transaction monitoring and interfaced with Visa Risk Manager, NPCI EFRM, and Master DI for enriched decisioning. The program also implemented channel and interface deployments across banking transaction channels with outbound eventing via SMS, email, and IVRS, while IT teams managed server administration, database management, and system integration tasks. Governance and process changes included JIRA 8.22 based workflow management, advanced JQL dashboards, JIRA automation for ticketing and ITSM flows, and SLA management to operationalize alerts and investigations. The implementation emphasized regulatory compliance, information security, uptime, and system performance controls as part of the bank wide rollout of the Clari5 Platform within its AML, Fraud and Compliance function. |
