In 2016, Canon Australia implemented Converga InvoiceMe as an AP Automation solution, initiating a phased adoption across its finance organization. The deployment was executed in five phases, enabling controlled handover of processes and operational responsibilities to the Converga service model.
Converga InvoiceMe was configured to deliver core AP Automation capabilities including invoice capture and validation, automated workflow routing and approvals, exception handling and matching logic consistent with procurement and accounts payable workflows, and reporting and analytics functions.
