The platform supported operational workflows for loan administration, servicing exceptions and account accounting, aligning servicing processes with the applications transaction processing and servicing modules. Operational rollout migrated approximately 800 complex commercial loans and the system went live on 21 March 2011, delivering faster time to value according to project communications. The program consolidated servicing activities under the Sopra Evolan platform and required coordinated cutover and operational runbook updates for lending operations and servicing teams.
