KBACE Technologies, Nashua, NH served as project manager and led a team of functional and technical consultants through Planning and Design phases and all testing cycles for Oracle Cloud Financials and Procurement. The program emphasized configuration of financial ledgers, accounts payable and receivable workflows, procurement requisition to purchase order flows, and integration points with Oracle Cloud support for operational sustainment.
Project execution covered detailed task scheduling, budget management, daily stand-up reporting, weekly team status updates, and Steering Committee governance, creating a structured rollout cadence across finance and procurement functions. Testing cycles and project reporting were run end to end, with the project manager responsible for plan delivery and coordination between functional consultants and Oracle Cloud support.
Operational focus remained on finance and sourcing business functions, standardization of core financial workflows, and establishing governance for ongoing application support. The implementation narrative centers on Oracle Cloud ERP as the principal system for enterprise financial management within the ERP Financial category, implemented and governed through formal project management and committee oversight.

In 2012, CDPHP implemented Cognizant TriZetto Clinical CareAdvance to centralize Medical Care Management workflows within its utilization management department. The deployment was scoped to support utilization management functions across the plan, including prior authorization, concurrent review, inpatient care coordination and member appeal processing, aligning system configuration with departmental responsibilities for appropriate, cost effective care.
Cognizant TriZetto Clinical CareAdvance was configured with the Care Advance Enterprise Standard Clinical Content Package and used established clinical criteria such as InterQual, Hayes Medical Technology Directory, Health Technology Brief and related evaluation frameworks. Functional modules implemented included prior authorization workflow automation, concurrent review engines, high risk health management and chronic condition support, care management case workflows and inpatient discharge planning for coordinated transitions of care.
The implementation integrated the application into CDPHP’s member centric information systems and operational workflows to enable collaboration with high volume hospital partners and oversight of delegated partner programs. Operational coverage focused on the utilization management department and care management programs, supporting interactions between primary care practitioners, specialists and inpatient facilities to ensure timely access across the continuum of care.
Governance for the solution was governed by the utilization management committee which directed policy adoption, clinical criteria selection and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Process improvement and systematic measurement were embedded into Clinical CareAdvance workflows to standardize utilization decisions, handle member appeals consistently and expand the reach and efficiencies of care management programs through integrated IT systems.
In 2019, CDPHP progressed to a fully integrated population health management model, adding front end analytics and tailored intervention workflows on top of existing Medical Care Management capabilities. This evolution positioned Cognizant TriZetto Clinical CareAdvance as a core operational platform supporting proactive member identification and coordinated care interventions across CDPHP’s utilization and care management programs.
