Governance emphasized ongoing spot checks, call quality assurance, and active monitoring of live chat to uphold guest engagement standards. Operational controls within Oracle OPERA Property 5 Management supported call stats management and monthly accrual routines, enabling the commercial and finance teams to operate from a unified Hotel Property Management record set while maintaining first class response expectations and high conversion levels of business.
