| SAP | Legacy | SAP S/4 HANA | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2024 | 2024 |
In 2024 Cardone Industries deployed SAP S/4 HANA as its ERP Financial platform, establishing SAP S/4 HANA as the core system for finance-led enterprise resource planning. The implementation was positioned under an enterprise systems architecture mandate to unify SAP and non-SAP landscape oversight and provide technical governance across finance and adjacent business functions.
The implementation covers standard SAP functional modules including FI/CO, SD, MM, PP and EWM, with configuration and development work focused on financial accounting, controlling, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, production planning, and warehouse management processes. SAP S/4 HANA development emphasizes ABAP on HANA techniques, AMDP and code push down, CDS views, ABAP OO patterns, and form development using SAP-Script, Smart Forms and Adobe Forms, while also incorporating workflow development and runtime monitoring.
Integration patterns documented for the program use SAP integration technologies and enterprise services such as ABAP Proxy, SAP API interfaces, and messaging via IDOC and ALE, with working knowledge of SAP PI/PO referenced for middleware responsibilities. The architecture mandate includes data migration programs and performance tuning workflows leveraging Code Inspector, SQL Performance Trace and runtime analysis tools to support cross-system data movements and integration with non-SAP applications.
Governance and delivery followed SAP Activate methodology with emphasis on design and architecture review cycles, coding standards enforcement, and a centralized ABAP development model that spans on-site and off-shore resources. Technical leadership responsibilities include maintaining professional relationships with business functional leaders, defining TO-BE technical architecture from AS-IS process understanding, and operating ongoing support and optimization activities for finance, supply chain and manufacturing operations.

| SAP | SAP HCM (HR) | SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017 Cardone Industries implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as its Core HR system to support human resources operations, migrating employee and foundation data from SAP HCM (HR). The engagement focused on establishing Employee Central as the authoritative Core HR record, with technical development led by HR ABAP resources to extract and transform SAP HCM infotype data into the SuccessFactors data model.
The implementation included development of extraction programs that collected foundation data and employee data from SAP HCM infotypes and output files structured to SuccessFactors Protlets such as Person Info, Job Info, and Compensation Info. The design handled a change in organizational structure by preserving historical records with the old organization and ensuring the latest records reflected the new organization structure in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Mexico payroll specific configuration was addressed through LSMW loads for infotypes IT368 and IT367 and cost centers, and a changed standard transformation to generate XML files for the CFDI process.
Integrations were a core element, with a point to point Employee Central to Employee Central Payroll replication implemented using the standard BADI integration add-on to allow infotype adjustments during replication. The team debugged the standard replication program to resolve configuration, start date, and mapping issues, and built interfaces to transmit payroll from ECP to the separate SAP ECC FICO finance system. Additional integrations included sending employee information from ECP to ADP for tax claiming tax credits, a weekly feed to Banorte for employee savings contributions, and Mexico specific payroll interfaces. Workforce time capture flowed into SAP on a weekly basis, and a custom interface was developed to convert time entries created in infotype 2010 into infotype 0007 work schedule rules.
Governance and process changes accompanied the technical work, with workflow modifications to determine level of authority for purchase order approvals during creation and change events. The project combined configuration, HR ABAP development, and replication governance to align SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with Cardone Industries human resources, payroll, and finance integration requirements.

| HubSpot | Legacy | Hubspot Live Chat | Chatbots and Conversational AI | AI-Powered Application | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Cardone Industries deployed Hubspot Live Chat on its public website. The implementation positions Hubspot Live Chat within the Chatbots and Conversational AI category to capture web-originated enquiries for the automotive parts and remanufacturing business.
Configuration work focused on a web-embedded chat widget, scripted welcome messages, qualification chatflows, and persistent conversation transcripts. Hubspot Live Chat was set up to support real-time messaging, canned responses for common inquiries, automated contact detail collection, and human handoff points within the chatflows to escalate complex issues.
Operational coverage centers on customer service and inside sales teams who monitor the website chat channel, with conversations consolidated in the chat inbox for continuity across sessions. Functional workflows emphasize lead capture, customer support triage, and conversation history retention to maintain context between web sessions and agent follow up.
Governance measures include standardized response templates, defined operating hours and routing rules inside the chat tool, and assigned ownership to support and commercial teams for monitoring and escalation. The deployment reflects a web-first conversational channel strategy implemented via Hubspot Live Chat in the Chatbots and Conversational AI category.
