In 2024 Carsa Paraguay implemented Interact SA Analytics Manager as part of an Interact Suite SA initiative to strengthen governance and to structure risk and process management, the implementation is aligned with Analytics and BI for operational visibility. The deployment targeted governance, risk and process owners at Carsa's Asunción operations within the Banking and Financial Services environment, and the Interact SA Analytics Manager was positioned as the primary reporting and strategic management layer.
Configuration work focused on executive dashboards and strategic management modules, with explicit emphasis on GRC and process automation capabilities. Interact SA Analytics Manager was configured to surface risk metrics, process performance indicators and strategic KPIs, and automation workflows were applied to standardize review and escalation processes.
The project was executed in partnership with local system integrator InQuality and SI/VAR Red Hawk, providing implementation and local delivery support. Operational coverage included governance teams, risk management, compliance and process owners, supporting centralized reporting and stakeholder engagement across the organization.
Governance and workflow restructuring accompanied the technical deployment, reinforcing structured risk and process management practices and increasing cross‑functional alignment. Reported outcomes included greater visibility, engagement and alignment driven by dashboards and strategic management modules, reflecting the intended GRC and process automation objectives.
