The implementation configured Rain Instant Pay’s core earned wage access capability and payroll-facing integration points, enabling earned wage calculation from recorded time and initiating pay-outs to enrolled employees. Module usage is aligned with payroll and EWA integration workflows inferred from the case study, including account enrollment, earned wage settlement, and payroll reconciliation processes.
Rain Instant Pay was integrated with Cascadia’s timekeeping partner TrackTik to capture worked hours and to reconcile pay events, connecting time capture and EWA payout flows. The operational scope spanned frontline security officers and the HR and payroll functions across Cascadia’s United States operations, centralizing earned wage access as part of employee financial wellness and workforce management.
Rollout and enrollment processes were coordinated through HR and payroll channels to drive adoption and operational governance, with HR managing account activation and ongoing support workflows. The case study reports high adoption and measured outcomes for Rain Instant Pay at Cascadia, with approximately 74 percent active accounts among users, a 196 percent lower turnover rate for users, and more than 28 additional hours worked per month for participating officers.
