In March 2018, Caterham School implemented IRIS Recruitment to automate vacancy posting, shortlisting, panel review and interview scheduling across its HR function in the United Kingdom. The IRIS Recruitment deployment centralized applicant tracking and interview workflow orchestration, positioning the application within the Recruiting category to support the schools talent acquisition processes.
The implementation included core ATS capabilities focused on vacancy publication, structured shortlisting workflows, panel review coordination and automated interview scheduling.
