Operational coverage spanned the CPG business vertical with responsibility for over 270 national market accounts, and the system was used to produce weekly retail sales reports and budget tracking delivered to the COO, Director of Marketing and logistics teams, impacting finance, accounting, operations, marketing and logistics functions. Governance was established with an accounting lead and single point of contact for vendor agreements, customer relations and managing directors, managing user inquiries and liaison activity with manufacturing to resolve billing and route management issues. Implementation and ongoing administration emphasized system configuration, data stewardship and process ownership for transactional close cycles, and the CPG vertical reported revenues of over 6.5 million in 2016.
